BURCHETTE, JR.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BILL BURCHETTE A/K/A WILLIAM G. BURCHETTE, JR. N/K/A BETTY BURCHETTE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; COLONIAL OAKS OF SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 29th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
