NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CC-000637-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 18th day of July, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
VILLA NO. 23-A, VISTA HERMOSA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 765, PAGE 962, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGE 6, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
