NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003491 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST HELEN SCIALO AKA HELEN GRACE SCIALO AKA ELINORE GRACE SCIALO, DECEASED; KATHLEEN GROTTO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; GASPARILLA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 31st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 154 PHASE II OF GASPARILLA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1409, PAGE(S) 1888, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
