Allman, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Florida at 9:00am on the 24 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
