NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 27, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-051550 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-13, Plaintiff, and SOPHIE VAUGHN, MARK VAUGHN, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN# 100292000114814218), HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 26 day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 25, 26, AND 27, BLOCK 2779, CAPE CORAL UNIT 40, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 81 THROUGH 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
