NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 27, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-053962 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES TRUST 2005-13,, Plaintiff, and PAUL WILLIAMS, JR; LINDA FAYE WILLIAMS;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 27 day of August, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
