NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-050155, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5 is Plaintiff and SIXTO A. ALCARRAZ; CONSUELO ALCARRAZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 5 ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELLASOL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 28 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1814, BUILDING 18, BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 5, PHASE I, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED BY INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005000074286, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
