NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claims of Lien, which are dated February 4, 2014 and recorded February 4, 2014 in the Official Records Book 2508, Page 2252 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and dated April 24, 2014, and was recorded April 30, 2014, in the Official Records Book 2518, Page 5856 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Little Gull Cottages Manager's Office, 5330 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228 on the 6th day of August, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
