NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2014, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, in the above-styled case, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 23 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
The North ten (10) feet of Lot 27 and all of Lot 28, Block “E” in that certain subdivision known as “SHADOWLAWN AT NAPLES” according to the plat of said subdivision on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court in and for Collier County, Florida in Plat Book 1, Pages 37.
