Notice is hereby given that I, DWIGHT E. BROCK, Clerk of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, will on the 21 day of July, 2014, beginning at 11:00 a.m., in the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, or as soon thereafter as is practicable, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described real property situated in Collier County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 6-101, Cedar Ridge at Autumn Woods, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2701, Page 792, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Pursuant to Final Summary Judgment for Foreclosure entered in the above captioned action, the style of which is described above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
This Notice shall be published in The Business Observer, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, with the cost of such publication billed to Cohen & Grigsby, P.C., 9110 Strada Place, Suite 6200, Naples, Florida 34108.
