NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2014, and entered in 11-2135-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and ANN C. ELLIOTT: UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANN C. ELLIOTT: TRA-VIGNE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC: UNKNOWN TENANT #1: UNKNOWN TENANT # 2: AND OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, INCLUDING THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THE TITLE HOLDER IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY, AND, IF A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) IS DECEASED, THE SURVIVING SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT(S), AND THE SEVERAL AND RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN ASSIGN, SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST, TRUSTEES OR OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ANY CORPORATION OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY NAMES AS A DEFENDANT(S), AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAME DESCRIBED DEFENDANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 21,2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1, BUILDING 8, TRA-VIGNE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1437, PAGES 296 THROUGH 556, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
