Together with an easement for water utilities over the following described parcel being 50.00 feet wide and lying 25.00 feet each side of the following described centerline: Commence at the Northeast of Section 4, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, thence along the North line thereof N 89 degrees 59' 00” W. 2096.29 feet, thence S 39 degrees 20' 56” E. 346.00 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence N 49 degrees 52' 04” E. 107.00 feet to a Point of Terminus.
the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for case, except as set forth hereinafter, on July 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale
