NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003991WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-25 , Plaintiff, and, NEADE, THERESE, et. al., are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on 23rd of September, 2014, at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 11:00 A.M. in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes for the following described property:
LOT 33, CRANE'S ROOST UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 36 THROUGH 39, INCLUSIVE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
