Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, on the 10th day of MARCH, 2014, in the cause wherein SHUMAKER, LOOP & KENDRICK, LLP, was plaintiff and TRINITY TOWN CENTER, LLLP was defendant, being case number 13CA011862 in said Court.

I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, TRINITY TOWN CENTER, LLLP. right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
