and commonly known as: 37303 Picketts Mill Avenue, Zephyrhills, FL 33542, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on August 4, 2014, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. Defendant, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE A/K/A THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE shall not be bound by the 60 day time period imposed by § 45.032, FLA. STAT. upon Motions for Distribution of Surplus Proceeds.
