NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 19th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-019903 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and JASON LECLERC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON LECLERC; IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, ROCK LAKE SHORES REPLAT, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK T, PAGE 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
