NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 48-2012-CA-011542-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as trustee for the certificateholders of the cwabs inc., asset-backed certificates, series 2005-13 is Plaintiff and robert mota, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on July 31, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 5, of sheeler oaks - phase one, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 12, page 41, of the public records of orange county, florida.
a/k/a: 1620 grand oak dirve, apopka, fl 32703.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
