NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001261-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and LENNY L. LAYLAND A/K/A LENNY LEE LAYLAND, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 60.20 OF THE WEST 120.40 OF THE SOUTH 131.10 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING: THE SOUTH 193.50 FEET OF THE NORTH 689.8 FEET OF THE EAST 150.40 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, LESS THAT PORTION LYING ON THE EAST AND SOUTH FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
