NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013895-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and CAROL K. JOHNCOX A/K/A CAROL JOHNCOX, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1404, Building 14, THE COACH HOMES AT ERROL, A CONDOMINIU, PHASE 14, according to the Declaration of Condominium filed June 14, 1991 and recorded in Official Records Book 4297, Pages 576-673, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and as amended threto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
