NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-000772 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and James Eugene Chance, Vivian P. Chance, Capital One Bank f/k/a Capital One Bank (USA) National Association, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wells Fargo Financial Bank, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 6 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
