LBBS LEGACY, INC., f/k/a First Financial Employee Leasing, Inc., a Florida corporation; BRUCE T. SMITH; and LARRY J. BENNETT;
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on August 1st, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
A parcel of land lying in Section 15, Township 40 South, Range 21 East, Charlotte County, Florida being bounded as follows:
On the North by the South boundary line of PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION FIFTY-SEVEN, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, at Pages 71A through 71C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida; on the East by the Westerly Right-of-Way line of Biscayne Drive; on the West by the East Right-of-Way line of Eastwind Waterway; and on the South by the North line of the Seaboard Airline Railroad Right-of-Way.
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 12-1168 CA,

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
