NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 11TH, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-002060 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Karen D Bardsley also known as Karen D Kelly a/k/a Karen D Kelley, Tenant # 1 nka Joyce Vollmer, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 9TH day of OCTOBER, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
