NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11 day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10003408CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and KEITH W. AUSTEN A/K/A KEITH AUSTEN MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A. SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; and LORI AUSTEN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 1st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 556, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 2-A THROUGH 2-Z-42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
