Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following property situated in Charlotte County,
Florida:
Lots 3, 4 and 5, of SUNCOAST OFFICE PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 46A thru 46C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Being also described as:
A parcel of land lying in Section 18, Township 40 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of said Section 18, run North 00° 11'38” East, along the West line of said Section 18, a distance of 1,588.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Thence from said beginning Point continue North 00° 11'38” East along said West line of Section 18, a distance of 407.00 feet to the North line of the South Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 18; thence South 89° 07'31” East, along said North line, a distance of 260.02 feet; thence South 00° 11'38” West, a distance of 403.91 feet; thence North 89° 48'22” West, a distance of 260.00 feet to the West line of Section 18 and the Point of Beginning.
