NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 13, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-002974, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRU; DAVID B. GRADY A/K/A DAVID GRADY; JAMES W. GRADY A/K/A JAMES GRADY; JOSEPH P. GRADY A/K/A JOSEPH GRADY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 3 day of October, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT H203, BUILDING H, OAK FORREST, A CONDOMINIUM AND ACCORDING TO THE GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 48A THROUGH 48C, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 754, PAGE 1324, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

This property is located at the Street address of: 1515 FORREST NELSON BLVD. #H-203, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
