NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 12003864CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company fka Bankers Trust Company of California, National Association as Trustee for the Holders of the Vendee Mortgage Trust 2003-2 is the Plaintiff and Renate Benaway; Barry Benaway; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession # 1 and #2; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, an all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the October 2, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK F, PEACE RIVER SHORES, UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 7A AND 7B, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
