LOT 3, BLOCK 2832, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 45, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, in accordance with chapter 45 florida statutes on August 6, 2014.
