NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 25, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002765 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DONALD PUOPOLO, JR.; LAKEWOOD COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION II, INC.; J. BALINGTON FINANCIAL; TENANT #3 N/K/A LUCAS ST. MARC, and TENANT #4 N/K/A JOHN DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 28 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 202, IN BUILDING C-3 OF LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 771, PAGE 917 THROUGH 952, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
