NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5/28/2014, and entered in Case No. 13-1868-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., Plaintiff and WILSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ALEXA CASIMINI, WILSHIRE PINES II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 28, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
Unit No. 1001, WILSHIRE PINES II, a Condominium, together with the pro-rata interest in the Common Elements and Common Property of the Condominium and Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, if any, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declarations of Condominium thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 2753, Page 1303, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and as amended.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
