YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Collier County, Florida:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 47, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO 46, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7 AT PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Plaintiff, Mateusz Szymanski, 13000 Positano Circle #207, Naples FL, 34105, on or before 8/15/2014, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff 's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
