NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2014, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-006865 AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificate Holders of the CWMBS 2005-01 Trust, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-01 is the Plaintiff and Melissa S. Chadbourne; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated as Nominee for America's Wholesale Lender; Riverbay Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Michael A. Chadbourne; Unknown Tenant in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 25th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, RIVERBAY TOWNHOMES, PHASE ONE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 57 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
