NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 8th day of August 2014, at 11:00 AM, at Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
LOT 213, SUNNY LAKES ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 73, 74 AND 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
