Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2011 CA 007201, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and GAIL KALLESEN AKA GAIL R. KALLESEN, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 12, Block 8, Fairview Park, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 188, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Less that part of said lot leased to Sinclair Refining Company, as described in Miscellaneous Record Book 7, Page 237, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 25th day of November, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
