NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 006638, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. M & T Bank, Plaintiff and MARC ANTHONY MORGAN; ET AL, defendant. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this July 25th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
