NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006309 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein ASSETS RECOVERY 26, LLC is the Plaintiff and ANTOINETTE MIDDLETON, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash ONLINE AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORCLOSE.COM, at 11 AM EST on the 1 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 210 AND 211, LESS THE SOUTH 12.5 FEET OF LOT 211, PINECREST, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
