NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41 2008CA008371AX in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and, WARREN H. MCREGOR A/K/A WARREN MCGREGOR, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 1st day of August, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 7, AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK B FAIRMONT PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 141, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
