RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 16, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41 2012CA007324AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CLAUDETTE J. SIMPKINS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Unit 419, Building 'O', BAYSHORE ON-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, Phase III, Section 1, a condominium according to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O. R. Book 1064, pages 1505 thru 1531, inclusive, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 15, pages 62 and 63, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and re-recorded in O. R. 1064, page 2802, of said records.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
