NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2013CA007158 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Townhomes at Lighthouse Cove V Condominium Association, Inc., Heritage Harbour Master Association, Inc., S and S Investment Corporation of St. Petersburg, Inc., a Florida Corporation also known as S & S Investment Corporation of St. Petersburg, Inc., Townhomes at Lighthouse Cove Commons Association, Inc., Tenant #1 NKA Charis Hild, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 0507, IN BUILDING 5, OF THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE V, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2168, PAGE 5649, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
