NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002918 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and FRANK JAY RIO et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 30th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 67 & 68, ROSEDALE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 298-S, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
