NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA005712 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank NA, Successor Trustee to Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Successor To Wachovia Bank, NA, as Trustee, for The Chase Mortgage Finance Trust Multi-Class Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-S2, is the Plaintiff and Karen A. Lederman a/k/a Karen A. Scifres, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB, River Club Homeowners Association, Inc., Ronald H. Lederman, The Unknown Spouse of Karen A. Lederman a/k/a Karen A. Scifres, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
