NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on or about June 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA005695 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA as trustee for Freddie Mac Securities REMIC Trust 2005-S001, is the Plaintiff and Bay Pointe at Cortez Condominium Association, Inc., Caroline Simerson, The Unknown Spouse of Caroline Simerson, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
