NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 24, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 005747 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, is the Plaintiff, and, LINDA C. FLORY; MALCOLM J. EVANS; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on July 24, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT E, ELWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. A/K/A LOT E, ELWOOD PARK TOWNSITE, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
