NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000998-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA., is Plaintiff and ANA PENA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 29th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
