NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-051958 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank, USA, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-15, Plaintiff and Patrick M. Rossi and Deborah A. Rossi, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 31, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 54, LAGUNA SHORES UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
