NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-050462 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee successor by merger to LaSalle Bank NA as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-1, is the Plaintiff and Kirby W. Lottridge also known as Kirby Lottridge, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Florida at 9:00am on the 31 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
