PELLOT, DECEASED, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 96, UNIT 32, MIRROR LAKES, SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 1 day of August, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
