NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 2 day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053813, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROBERT J. FURRER A/K/A ROBERT J. FURRER, III A/K/A ROBERT JOHN FURRER A/K/A ROBERT JOHN FURRER, III A/K/A ROBERT FURRER A/K/A ROBERT FURRER III LISA M. FURRER; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 22, UNIT 3 SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST A SUBDIVISION OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
