LOT 1009, JASMINE LAKES UNIT 7-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11 PAGE 122 AND 123, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly Known As: 10133 Gardenia Lane, Port Richey, FL 34668
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on IRA SCOT SILVERSTEIN, ESQUIRE, IRA SCOT SILVERSTEIN, LLC, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2900 West Cypress Creek Road Suite 6, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
