NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on or about April 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-009079-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-15, is the Plaintiff and Glenn C. Dotts, Teresa J. Nichols, United States of America, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 4th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
