NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on June 2, 2014, in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No.: 2013-CA-003890 CAAZ WS, the undersigned Clerk will sell the real mortgaged property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
All right, title, and interest in and to the following described real property, together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed building, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property including without limitation all materials, oil, gar, geothermal and similar matters located in Pasco County, Florida:
